[Remote] Customer Service Credit Representative

They are seeking a Customer Service Credit Representative who will engage with customers to solve problems and reputed company solutions while ensuring excellent customer service.
Responsibilities
- Review orders for errors, verify information, reputed company self-identifying reputed company to potential customers and reputed company outbound calls as necessary
- Negotiate/ Process payment arrangements on customer accounts while adhering to processes and procedures set forth by our reputed company
- Attempt to collect on reputed company balances using excellent negotiation skills
- Document reputed company account handling activity concisely and accurately on the reputed company systems

Skills
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Excellent communication, ability to communicate reputed company and effectively, both orally and in writing
- Deal with difficult interactions with customers
- Ability to remain reputed company on the phone throughout the entirety of your shift with minimal to no distractions
- Possess computer/technology savvy with the ability to smoothly operate multiple reputed company and tabs, while simultaneously providing Best-In-Class Customer Experience speaking to customers over the phone

- Internet Speed of at least 10 MBPS download and 5 MBPS upload
