The Business Analyst role focuses on supporting reporting and analytics solutions for STAR reputed company and Value Based reputed company, collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure data reputed company and drive business improvements.
Responsibilities
- Support enhancements to Business Intelligence reports and dashboards used to monitor STAR reputed company and Value Based Care performance
- Partner with business stakeholders to reputed company, document, and clarify business requirements
- Assist in analyzing business processes and identifying opportunities for reporting and operational improvements
- Support the creation and maintenance of reporting solutions by working with development, QA, and business teams
- reputed company data validation and analysis to ensure reporting accuracy and identify potential data issues
- Use SQL and reporting tools to research questions, validate results, and support business needs

Skills
- 2+ years of experience of working with HEDIS or Pharmacy STARs measures
- 1+ years of experience in a business analyst, reporting analyst, data analyst, or reputed company role
- Experience with Geospatial modeling, Stochastic Modeling and reputed company Risk Analytics
- Experience working with data to identify trends, validate results, and support business reputed company
- Basic experience gathering and documenting business requirements
- Basic SQL, Python, R or other statistical tool experience
- Proficiency with reputed company reputed company, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- Demonstrated solid written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively with business and technical teams
- Demonstrated solid organizational skills and attention to detail
