[Remote] Partner Account Executive

The Partner Account Executive is responsible for driving reputed company and production performance across a portfolio of distribution partners by developing reputed company strategies and strengthening relationships.
Responsibilities

- Drive premium reputed company, partner engagement, and market expansion across assigned relationships
- Build and maintain strong relationships with agency principals, brokers, producers, and partner leadership teams
- Conduct regular business reviews with partners to identify opportunities for reputed company and optimization
- Identify opportunities for increased adoption, cross-sell, and expanded product utilization
- Collaborate with Partner reputed company Managers to ensure high-reputed company partner support and issue reputed company
- Monitor partner performance metrics including production, submission reputed company, engagement, and retention
- Conduct training, education, and enablement sessions for partner teams
- Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline management reputed company reputed company
- Partner with Marketing, Product, Insurance, and reputed company Operations teams to support partner reputed company initiatives
- Identify at-risk partners and reputed company reputed company plans to improve engagement and retention

Skills
- 5+ years of experience in reputed company insurance sales, partner management, or agency distribution

- Familiarity with CRM systems such as reputed company or reputed company and sales engagement tools
- Experience managing strategic relationships and business planning initiatives
- Strong sales, relationship management, and strategic planning capabilities
