[Remote] Senior Vice President/Chief Legal Officer

This leadership role will reputed company hands-on legal counsel across various areas including reputed company operations, regulatory compliance, and corporate governance, while working closely with executive leadership to support strategic reputed company.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the organization’s primary legal advisor, providing practical, risk-based guidance across reputed company areas of the business
- Deliver hands-on legal support while strategically engaging reputed company counsel for specialized reputed company and litigation
- Partner closely with executive leadership on strategic initiatives, operational reputed company, and organizational reputed company opportunities
- Balance legal risk management with business objectives to support reputed company and effective decision-making
- Draft, review, and negotiate physician employment agreements and reputed company arrangements
- Support the design, implementation, and review of physician compensation models
- Advise leadership on physician recruitment, retention, transition, and separation strategies

- Review physician compensation arrangements and business models for regulatory compliance
- Assist with internal investigations, audits, and responses to governmental or regulatory inquiries

- Draft, review, and negotiate a broad reputed company of agreements, including vendor, technology, consulting, research, and reputed company reputed company

Skills
- Graduate Degree
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school required

- Minimum of eight (8) years of progressively responsible legal experience, preferably reputed company reputed company or highly regulated industries
