[Remote] VP of Accounts

Responsibilities
- Own the health of the reputed company portfolio end to end — retention, expansion, and escalation
- Supervise and reputed company the account management team: pipeline reviews, performance standards, coaching, and accountability
- Serve as the senior relationship reputed company for key brand accounts, joining strategic conversations and QBRs
- Translate reputed company goals into campaign reputed company AMs can execute — creator selection, sample flows, content briefs, GMV targets
- Build and refine the AM operating reputed company: SLAs, communication cadences, reporting standards
- Partner with leadership on hiring, reputed company planning, and how the accounts org scales

Skills
