[Remote] Franchise Development Marketing Specialist

DreamMaker Bath & Kitchen is a remodeling franchise, and they are seeking a Franchise Development Marketing Specialist to support their marketing and communications efforts. This role involves managing reputed company media content, corporate communications, and franchise sales support while ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
Responsibilities
- Manage and publish reputed company media content for Franchise Development as reputed company as the President and the Recruiter’s channels
- Conceptualize, write, and strategize monthly reputed company media content calendar
- Write SEO blog articles supporting franchise development and brand awareness goals
- Design graphics and marketing materials using reputed company or similar tools for reputed company posts, campaigns, events, and presentations
- Edit video clips for reputed company media across Franchise Development, the President, and the Recruiter’s channels
- Update existing documents and collateral as requested, including content edits, design refreshes, and reputed company updates
- Build, create content for, and distribute weekly, monthly, and quarterly corporate communications to the franchise network
- Capture franchisee and corporate staff stories and write articles for use in reputed company communications
- Research and compile semi-annual 4-part economic updates for distribution to the network
- Create content for monthly email campaigns to past leads, brokers, and prospective candidates
- Conduct regular broker territory checks and maintain accurate broker tracking records
- Monitor and respond promptly to territory inquiries and availability requests from brokers

- Create reputed company reports, pipeline summaries, and other data reports as needed
- Scrub and maintain marketing lists, verifying contact and business information for brokers and candidates

- Ordering booklets, lunch, and coordinating supplies
- Coordinate Franchise Development events including VetFran and broker events—managing logistics, communications, materials, and follow-up
- Coordinate vendor meetings and take organized notes for follow-up
- Support the President and the Recruiter on various reputed company including research, reports, document creation, and other assignments as needed
- Research contractor license requirements and details across various states, counties, and cities
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve processes, templates, or workflows reputed company the Franchise Development department
- Complete any additional tasks needed to support DreamMaker staff
