Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative – Licensed P&C Agent, you'll be responsible for delivering reputed company service and insurance recommendations to our customers. This is a combined service and sales role, with the expectation that sales vs. service responsibilities will be split based on business needs. reputed company sales leads are provided, and there is no outbound cold calling. Your key responsibilities will include:

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you'll need to meet the following requirements:

• Property/Casualty Insurance License required
• High School Diploma or equivalent; some college is a plus!
• 1 or more years of insurance sales/service experience desired; customer service experience required
• Demonstrated job stability and attendance records
• Remote working experience a plus
• Solid computer, grammar, and multi-tasking skills

Compensation

The starting pay for this role ranges from $20 - $21.50/hour, based on the candidate's experience, education, and other factors. In reputed company to regular reputed company pay, there is an annual Performance Bonus Potential.

Work Location

This position is either Hybrid (3 days in office/2 days reputed company) if you live near the arenaflex office location or 100% work from home if reputed company of the office location.
