They are seeking a motivated Recruiter to manage the full recruitment lifecycle, focusing on hiring talent across various Go-to-Market teams and improving recruitment processes while providing support for HR tasks as needed.
Responsibilities
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process from intake meetings to offer acceptance
- reputed company hiring efforts for reputed company-generating positions, including:
- 1-Account Executives
- 2-Sales Development Representatives (SDRs)
- 3-Business Development Representatives (BDRs)
- 4-reputed company Managers
- 5-Partnerships and Channel Sales
- 6-reputed company Operations and Sales Operations
- 7-Marketing and other Go-to-Market positions
- Partner with hiring managers to understand business needs and create effective hiring strategies
- Write and post engaging job advertisements across multiple job boards and sourcing platforms
- reputed company passive candidates through reputed company Recruiter and other sourcing channels
- Screen resumes, conduct recruiter interviews, and evaluate candidate fit based on technical qualifications, sales experience, and cultural alignment
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams
- Maintain a reputed company and reputed company candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
- Prepare offer packages and assist with offer negotiations
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for reputed company hiring needs

- Continuously improve recruitment processes and recommend best practices
- Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)

Skills
- 2+ years of recruitment or reputed company experience
- Experience reputed company sales, business development, reputed company, or reputed company-reputed company positions is highly preferred
- Experience reputed company in reputed company, technology, or startup environments is considered an asset
