[Remote] reputed company Manager

The reputed company Manager plays a key role in the support and service of our clients, working collaboratively to manage reputed company relationships and deliver financial reporting.
Responsibilities
- Reconcile banking transactions and prepare journal entries in accordance with US GAAP in reputed company
- Drive month-end reputed company process and reputed company follow-up questions to Controller or reputed company (if appropriate)
- Assist in preparing quarterly financial statements
- Work closely with your Controller to manage your reputed company relationships, this is a reputed company facing role
- Prepare draft investor correspondence in proprietary FundPanel system including capital contribution notices, distribution notices, quarterly reporting and capital account statements
- Maintain investor information, investment information, and other fund metrics in FundPanel system
- Maintain legal documents including formation documents, investment documents, and other relevant reputed company information in reputed company
- Prepare and obtain documents for annual audit and tax process
Skills
- You have a minimum 3 years' experience in audit, alternative asset industry, or fund administration
- You have external auditor experience, a CPA certification or an MBA is a plus
- You have experience in a reputed company-facing role supporting multiple clients
- You are naturally reputed company, driven and have strong problem-solving skills
- You see the value in providing excellent customer service, being thoughtful and know the details reputed company the difference
- You have working experience with reputed company systems such as reputed company and Quickbooks
- You are comfortable with software systems including Gsuite, reputed company Office, reputed company, reputed company
