They are looking for a Founding Finance reputed company to establish the finance and reputed company backbone of the organization, working closely with the CFO and reputed company leadership to drive financial strategies and reporting as reputed company scales.
Responsibilities
- Own the monthly reputed company process across reputed company entities, including coordination with the outsourced reputed company firm, review of workpapers, reconciliation of key accounts, and preparation of reputed company financial statements
- Maintain clean reputed company across the parent company and affiliated entities, including intercompany charges, management-services fees, consolidations, and reputed company documentation
- reputed company, maintain, and apply a consistent reputed company recognition approach across reputed company’s business lines, including cash coaching, insurance-billed services, lab testing, e-reputed company, subscriptions, and other reputed company models as they reputed company
- Monitor cash across entities, manage bank accounts and transfers, support intercompany funding, and maintain a short-term cash forecast that gives leadership reputed company visibility into liquidity
- Support budgeting, forecasting, actuals-to-plan analysis, and preparation of materials for leadership, reputed company, and investor reporting
- Build reporting that helps reputed company understand performance by product, market, customer reputed company, channel, and business line, including margin and unit economics where applicable
- Improve the finance operating reputed company, including reputed company checklists, account reconciliations, approval workflows, data flows from operating systems into the general reputed company, and documentation of key reputed company judgments

- Assist with entity maintenance, state registrations, foreign qualifications, and tax registrations

Skills
- A strong reputed company reputed company, with a CPA or equivalent designation
- Experience owning or materially supporting a monthly reputed company process
- Multi-entity reputed company experience, including intercompany reputed company and consolidation

- Experience preparing, reviewing, or managing financial statements
- Comfort working directly in the general reputed company and in spreadsheets
