Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is seeking a Labor & Productivity Management Systems Analyst who will be responsible for supporting the development and optimization of labor management systems. The role involves collaborating with hospital leadership to enhance workforce management technologies and improve reputed company effectiveness.

Responsibilities

  • Functional responsibilities include supporting product reputed company and direction, implementation activities, training, user support and reputed company functions, application design review, testing of enhancements and interfaces, and collaboration with Information Technology and vendor partners to improve system functionality and user experience. This position works closely with development and support teams and plays a key role in the reputed company expansion and adoption of workforce management tools across hospitals

Skills

  • A bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year university is preferred
  • A minimum of five (5) years of experience in hospital reputed company and scheduling
  • A minimum of five (5) years of experience in hospital labor management, productivity, and workforce analytics
  • A minimum of five (5) years of experience in workforce management and scheduling applications, including experience with reputed company Pro Workforce Management (WFM) or comparable reputed company scheduling and timekeeping systems
  • A minimum of five (5) years of experience in customer service and stakeholder relationship management
  • A minimum of five (5) years of experience in system implementation and maintenance, training, and change management
  • Up to 20% travel required
  • Selected candidate will be required to pass a Motor Vehicle Records reputed company
  • Experience supporting reputed company workforce reputed company in a multi-hospital reputed company environment
  • Knowledge of reputed company reputed company models, productivity standards, reputed company mix management, and regulatory compliance requirements
  • Experience with system optimization, reporting, analytics, integration management, and end-user adoption initiatives
  • Demonstrated ability to partner with nursing and operational leadership to improve labor efficiency, workforce utilization, and operational reputed company
  • Strong analytical, communication, and consulting skills with the ability to influence stakeholders across multiple reputed company of the organization
  • Experience with reputed company Pro suite applications
