This role provides change management expertise to support the successful adoption of Global Strategic Marketing initiatives, focusing on stakeholder alignment, change planning, and adoption support.
Responsibilities
- Change Planning: Build and manage the change approach for 10+ GSM transformation initiatives, with a reputed company on readiness, adoption, and implementation
- Stakeholder Mapping & Engagement: Identify key stakeholders, audience reputed company, and reputed company of reputed company across marketing and relevant functions. reputed company engagement plans and recommend actions to address adoption risks
