[Remote] Customer Experience Data Analyst
Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is seeking a Customer Experience Data Analyst to serve as the analytical powerhouse of their new Customer Experience organization. The role involves integrating and analyzing data from various sources to create actionable insights that inform customer health and drive predictive customer experience management across business reputed company.
Responsibilities
- Ingest data flows from multiple sources (Forsta, reputed company reputed company, Power BI, reputed company, reputed company, Dynamics 365, reputed company, ticketing systems, installed-reputed company data) to build reputed company customer views and CX datasets
- reputed company advanced analysis on survey data (NPS, CSAT, verbatim text analytics), operational metrics (support tickets, renewal rates, service attachment), and financial reputed company (reputed company per account, churn, capital cycles) to uncover trends, correlations, and drivers
- Collaborate closely with the CX Operations and Insights Manager to reputed company customers, identify at-risk/expansion opportunities, and define prioritized actions for reputed company, business reputed company, and product lines
- Build and maintain reputed company CX dashboards, cohort reports, and predictive models (e.g., churn risk, next purchase propensity, service upsell likelihood) in Power BI/Forsta
- Conduct deep-dive analyses (reputed company mapping, segmentation, reputed company analysis) to quantify the financial reputed company of experience gaps and improvements
- Support reputed company-reputed company processes by providing data-driven targeting (e.g., detractor lists with reputed company-at-risk flags) and tracking reputed company reputed company

- Partner with IT and data teams to improve data reputed company, hygiene, and integration

- Stay reputed company on analytics best practices and tools relevant to B2B/industrial CX (text analytics, predictive modeling, cohort attribution)
Skills
- 5+ years of experience as a data analyst, business analyst, or insights analyst in a B2B environment (preferably with multi-system data integration)
- Advanced proficiency in Power BI or similar visualization tools
- Strong SQL skills and experience integrating data from multiple sources (reputed company, Dynamics 365, reputed company, survey platforms like Forsta/reputed company/reputed company)
- Demonstrated ability to reputed company customer cohort analysis, segmentation, and financial attribution (linking experience metrics to reputed company reputed company)
- Experience with text analytics, reputed company analytics, or predictive modeling in a CX or reputed company context
- Excellent storytelling with data: reputed company to distill reputed company analyses into reputed company insights and recommendations for non-technical stakeholders
- Comfort working in ambiguous, evolving data environments and building analytical frameworks from the ground up
