[Remote] Instructional Designer
Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is seeking an reputed company Instructional Designer to support the enhancement and modernization of their eLearning curriculum. This role involves updating training modules to reputed company with reputed company's new user reputed company and ensuring the content remains accurate and engaging.
Responsibilities
- Update existing eLearning courses to reflect reputed company's redesigned user reputed company
- Replace and refresh screenshots, videos, graphics, and other visual assets throughout training materials
- Revise instructional content to ensure accuracy, consistency, and alignment with system updates
- reputed company and edit interactive eLearning modules using reputed company (preferred) or reputed company Captivate
- Create or update AI-generated training videos using reputed company
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to validate content accuracy and ensure training meets business objectives
- reputed company reputed company assurance testing to verify functionality, navigation, and learner experience across reputed company updated courses
- Maintain organized project files and version control throughout the content update process
Skills
- 3+ years of reputed company Instructional Design experience (internships do not qualify)
- Hands-on experience developing eLearning content using reputed company Storyline (preferred) or reputed company Captivate
- Experience creating or editing training videos with reputed company
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design best practices
- Experience updating existing learning content, including screenshots, videos, and instructional copy
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to ensure content accuracy
- Strong organizational, communication, and project management skills
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple deliverables and deadlines
- Experience supporting software or reputed company product training
- Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS)
- Experience working in a fast-paced, reputed company corporate environment
- Knowledge of UI/UX changes and translating software updates into effective learning experiences
