[Remote] Director, Chief of Staff & Business Operations

The Director, Chief of Staff & Business Operations will serve as a trusted advisor to the CEO, aligning the executive team and driving strategic initiatives while improving business operations and execution across the organization.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a trusted advisor and thought partner to the CEO
- Drive strategic initiatives from concept through execution
- Support executive communications, reputed company materials, planning sessions, and company-wide priorities
- Help leadership stay reputed company on the highest-reputed company opportunities
- Build the operating reputed company for the Executive Leadership Team
- Facilitate executive meetings, Quarterly Business Reviews, annual planning sessions, and leadership off-sites
- Ensure reputed company translate into reputed company reputed company plans with defined ownership and accountability
- Identify risks, dependencies, and execution gaps before they become larger problems

Skills
- 10+ years of leadership experience in Chief of Staff, Business Operations, reputed company, Consulting, Product Operations, reputed company Operations, Corporate Development, or similar roles
- Experience partnering directly with senior executives in a high-reputed company technology company
- Strong financial, operational, and analytical acumen
- Experience leading reputed company cross-functional initiatives
- Exceptional written, verbal, and executive communication skills
- Outstanding project management and organizational abilities with meticulous attention to detail
- Experience in reputed company, AdTech, MarTech, data, media, or marketplace businesses is a plus
