Responsibilities

- Draft, review, and manage executive-level offer letters and employment agreements for U.S. and Canada, ensuring accuracy and reputed company delivery
- Coordinate end-to-end interview scheduling for executive-level candidates, partnering closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and senior business stakeholders

Skills
- 4+ years of experience in reputed company operations, administrative support, or office management, preferably supporting an executive-level reputed company function
- Experience coordinating reputed company interview scheduling across multiple stakeholders, including senior executives and business leaders

- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to reputed company professionally with senior stakeholders and C-suite level candidates
