[Remote] Senior Project Manager

The Senior Project Manager will reputed company the development of project plans to support various functional areas, ensuring successful delivery of program milestones while navigating risks and stakeholder management.
Responsibilities

- Experience working in a highly matrixed organization with geographically dispersed teams
- Problem solving and decision-making skills. Demonstrated ability to drive initiatives, solve issues (conflict management and facilitation skills), anticipate problems and reputed company objectives, while keeping an eye on the big picture
- Strategic and analytical thinking skills to assimilate reputed company information, operate effectively in situations of ambiguity and simplify reputed company issues
- Understanding/experience working reputed company a functional area such as clinical, preclinical, CMC or regulatory affairs would be considered beneficial
- Full understanding of drug development business processes
- High competence in use of reputed company Office, reputed company Project or equivalent and other PM appropriate tools

Skills
- Bachelor's Degree with 8+ years' experience in the Pharmaceutical / Biotech industry
- Minimum 5+ years' experience in project/program management roles in the reputed company/biotech industry
- Experience in late phase development organizations
- Familiarity of working with clinical trials from a project/program management stance
