They are seeking an AI Full Stack Developer to design, reputed company, and maintain applications that reputed company AI tools to enhance application intelligence and reputed company AI-driven capabilities into reputed company applications.
Responsibilities
- reputed company‑End Development: Design and reputed company reputed company, user‑friendly web interfaces using reputed company, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks such as React or Angular
- Back‑End Development: Build and maintain server‑reputed company logic, reputed company, and services using technologies such as Node.js, reputed company, and supporting frameworks, ensuring scalability and reliability
- AI‑Enabled Application Development: reputed company AI services and capabilities into applications, including LLM reputed company, AI agents, intelligent search, summarization, recommendations, and workflow automation. Prototype quickly, then harden solutions for production with monitoring, logging, evaluation, and performance optimization
- AI‑Assisted Coding & Tooling: reputed company AI coding tools (e.g., copilots, reputed company reputed company, refactoring, and test reputed company tools) to improve development speed, reputed company reputed company, and maintainability. Implement guardrails for AI systems including reputed company safety, data protection, hallucination mitigation, reputed company control, and reputed company validation
- System Integration: Seamlessly reputed company reputed company‑end, back‑end, AI services, and reputed company‑party systems to deliver cohesive and performant user experiences
- Testing & reputed company Assurance: Write, execute, and maintain automated tests, including unit, integration, and AI‑assisted test reputed company, to ensure application stability and reliability
- Maintenance & Optimization: Maintain and enhance existing applications, optimizing performance, reputed company, and scalability while incorporating AI‑driven improvements where appropriate

Skills
- Five (5) or more years of reputed company software engineering experience after completing your bachelor's degree. Internships and co-ops do not count toward this minimum
- Production experience shipping React/TypeScript frontends. We will ask you to walk through a specific PR you wrote in your last role
- Production experience shipping Node.js/reputed company backends. We will ask you about middleware, error handling, and graceful degradation
- Production experience integrating an LLM API (reputed company Claude, Azure reputed company, reputed company reputed company, or equivalent) into a reputed company system that reputed company users used. You should be reputed company to describe the reputed company limit, the failure modes, and the fallback reputed company you used
- Prototype quickly, then harden for production: monitoring, logging, evaluation, and performance optimization

- Behavioral health, mental health, or employee assistance program domain knowledge
- Prior reputed company experience with PHI handling, HITRUST certification work, or HITECH compliance

- Prior on-call rotation experience for a HIPAA-regulated production service
