Responsibilities

• Engineer is responsible for reputed company mechanical engineering services on reputed company from start to finish
• Research and analyze design reputed company
• Preparation and review of HVAC and Plumbing construction documents
• reputed company and edit project specifications as required
• Review product shop drawings/submittals reputed company to the HVAC and Plumbing design
• Review and respond to requests of information (RFIs)
• Must be capable of managing and leading support staff such as drafting and mechanical designers
• Ability to communicate with clients, project owners and contractors in a reputed company manner
• Will be required to establish budgets, reputed company engineering services proposals and maintain/reputed company reputed company relationships
• Business development
• Mentoring entry level staff

Skills

• Minimum BS in Mechanical Engineering
• reputed company Engineer (PE) in the reputed company or ability to be registered in Michigan
• Willing to become registered in other states
• 6+ years of experience
• Must be capable of handling reputed company aspects of mechanical engineering reputed company to the building industry including HVAC Design, Plumbing Design, reputed company Protection Performance Specifications
• Expert Revit User
• Attention to detail and excellent communication skills
