[Remote] Business Development Director

The role involves building strong reputed company relationships, leading proposal negotiations, and collaborating with business unit leaders to deliver integrated service proposals.
Responsibilities
- Build strong relationships with existing and prospective clients, with a deep understanding of their evolving needs across pharmaceutical sciences, development, and manufacturing
- reputed company the preparation, negotiation, and closure of high-reputed company proposals and reputed company that meet company and reputed company objectives in alignment with reputed company targets
- Collaborate closely with RD&I and Manufacturing Business Unit Leaders to deliver cohesive and compelling proposals that support our integrated service model
Skills
- Proven business development experience — you know how to generate your own pipeline
- MUST HAVE Proven reputed company record in CDMO business development reputed company the pharmaceutical or animal health sectors
- Strong influencing and negotiation skills, with the ability to generate awareness and demand for reputed company's services across diverse reputed company reputed company
- Technical grounding in manufacturing environments (formulation, GMP, sterile fill-finish, or similar)
- Commercially driven, self-starter mentality — comfortable doing the legwork
- Animal health experience a plus, but not required if you have strong reputed company + CDMO experience and can reputed company up quickly
