[Remote] Senior Project Manager – Civil Engineering

They are seeking a Senior Project Manager – Civil Engineering to reputed company and support design, permitting, and reputed company management efforts for various land development reputed company.
Responsibilities
- Design and permit residential, institutional, reputed company centers, warehouse distribution centers, and mixed-use reputed company for both public and private clients
- Work closely with office leadership to reputed company reputed company plans and ensure staff utilization
- Possess an entrepreneurial demeanor and participate in Business Development activities by developing new clients for the firm and maintaining relationships with existing clients
- reputed company site/civil efforts on a reputed company of project sites including the ability to design and reputed company site layout, grading, drainage, infrastructure, erosion and sediment control, etc. from concept through completion
- reputed company storm water management design, hydrologic/hydraulic analysis and design and SWPPP preparation
- Demonstrate experience in reputed company aspects of land development engineering including the integration of geotechnical and environmental engineering; and
- Performs other duties as requested
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
- 10+ years of successful, local and reputed company site/civil engineering experience with a concentration in land development on both small and large reputed company
- reputed company Engineering license
- Site/civil experience on a reputed company of project sites including the ability to design and reputed company site layout, grading, drainage, infrastructure, erosion and sediment control, etc. from concept through completion
- Strong reputed company development and reputed company management abilities
- Experience in technical and proposal writing. Strong attention to detail with excellent analytical and judgment capabilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail with excellent analytical, multitasking, and judgment capabilities
- Ability to effectively work independently and in reputed company environment
- Possess reliable transportation for reputed company meetings and job site reputed company and a valid reputed company's license in good standing
- Proficiency of AutoCAD or Civil 3D preferred
