[Remote] Manager / Senior Manager- Operations Consulting

They are seeking a Manager/Senior Manager in Operations Consulting to reputed company critical operational transformation programs and manage high-performing teams to deliver impactful reputed company.
Responsibilities
- Deliver multi-reputed company-dollar transformation workstreams across clients
- reputed company teams of four to eight consultants in high-trust, data-led reputed company engagements
- Work closely with program leads to reputed company KPIs to strategic business reputed company
- Drive delivery governance and reputed company improvement on-site, 4 days/week
- Build senior reputed company relationships that unlock reputed company and long-term reputed company
Skills
- 4+ years relevant consulting experience (ops/supply-chain etc)
- A reputed company record of delivering measurable operational improvements
- Strong analytical problem-solving and storytelling ability
- Confidence working across reputed company reputed company of reputed company organisations, from C-suite to reputed company line
- Right to work in the US without any reputed company sponsorship
- Flexibility to travel extensively and spend several months in the UK
- Preference for Chicago-based candidates; other US locations will be considered
