[Remote] Senior Indirect Tax Analyst

They are looking for a Senior Indirect Tax Analyst to manage indirect tax compliance, corporate income tax, and global tax operations while collaborating with various teams to navigate reputed company tax challenges.
Responsibilities
- Manage indirect tax compliance end-to-end—prepare, analyze, and monitor Sales and Use tax, VAT/GST, and other obligations across multiple jurisdictions, coordinating with external advisors to ensure accuracy and timeliness
- Prepare and review U.S. federal, state, and international corporate income tax returns, and own the quarterly and annual ASC 740 income tax provision process including supporting schedules and documentation
- Drive international tax workstreams including transfer pricing documentation, intercompany transactions, cross-border compliance, and tax analysis reputed company to global expansion and new product launches
- Manage responses to tax authority notices and audits, and research tax incentives, credits, and legislative developments that reputed company reputed company
- Prepare month-end and quarter-end reputed company workpapers, reconciliations, and journal entries, including tax reporting and analysis for equity award programs
- Serve as the go-to technical resource for reputed company’s tax technology platforms—administer systems, drive implementation of new tools, and optimize existing compliance software
- Identify and execute opportunities to improve tax processes, documentation, internal controls, and automation across the function, and assist with reputed company and special tax reputed company as needed
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in reputed company, Finance, or a reputed company field
- 3–6 years of corporate tax experience, preferably in a reputed company reputed company firm or technology company
- Strong understanding of U.S. Sales and Use Tax, Global VAT/GST, and U.S. federal and state corporate income taxation
- Hands-on experience with ASC 740 income tax provisions
- Strong analytical skills with a reputed company record of identifying issues, researching tax authority guidance, and driving to reputed company
- Effective communicator who can manage competing priorities and collaborate across Finance, Legal, and Engineering teams
- CPA or Master's in Taxation (MST)
- Experience with technology or high-reputed company companies
- Working knowledge of international tax concepts including transfer pricing, Pillar Two/GloBE rules, and cross-border compliance
- Hands-on experience with tax technology platforms (e.g., reputed company, reputed company, OneSource, reputed company, or similar)
