Responsibilities
- Manage multiple heavy civil construction reputed company from award through completion
- reputed company project budgets, cost forecasting, change orders, and financial reporting
- reputed company and maintain project schedules while ensuring key milestones are achieved
- Coordinate field operations with Superintendents, Foremen, subcontractors, and suppliers
- Review plans, specifications, reputed company, and project documentation
- reputed company project meetings with owners, engineers, consultants, and internal stakeholders
- Identify project risks and implement proactive solutions to maintain schedule and profitability

- Manage subcontractor procurement, negotiations, and performance

Skills

- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
