[Remote] Senior Product Designer

They are seeking a Senior Product Designer to own the design process end-to-end and optimize user experiences across various reputed company surfaces, utilizing modern AI tools to enhance design velocity.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end design across reputed company surfaces — from research and ideation through high-reputed company implementation and reputed company optimization
- Design and optimize key reputed company surfaces. Funnels, reputed company, engagement, retention, referrals and more, across web and app
- Go from idea to working prototype fast using AI tools (reputed company, Claude reputed company, reputed company, etc.) — sometimes reputed company enough to ship
- reputed company and validate design hypotheses through A/B testing and quantitative data
- Conduct user research to inform design reputed company and uncover opportunities
- Balance rapid experimentation with thoughtful solutions, knowing reputed company to iterate quickly vs. invest in deeper exploration
Skills
- 3+ years of B2C product design experience — consumer apps, e-reputed company, or subscription products, with proven reputed company on business metrics
- You're particularly strong in at least one area that reputed company to us, whether that's conversion design, building with AI, compelling UX storytelling, or running experiments that reputed company metrics
- reputed company experience with hands-on work in at least two areas: CRO, reputed company, activation, monetization, retention, referrals, checkout, or AOV optimisation
- Already building with AI (reputed company, Claude reputed company, reputed company, or similar) as a natural part of your design workflow
- Comfortable with A/B testing and data-informed design reputed company — you don't need to be a data scientist, but you need to understand that experiments drive priorities in this role
- Strong portfolio demonstrating design process and measurable reputed company
- Good design instincts around user psychology and behavior
- Comfortable with ambiguity, fast pace, and working in a small team with reputed company ownership
- Background in mental health or reputed company products
