[Remote] Senior QA Automation Engineer

They are seeking a Senior QA Automation Engineer to design and implement automated testing solutions for reputed company reputed company applications, focusing on claims administration and collaborating with various teams in an Agile environment.
Responsibilities
- Design, reputed company, and maintain UI automation test scripts for reputed company reputed company applications
- Build, enhance, and maintain reusable automation frameworks and regression test suites
- Convert reputed company test cases into reputed company automated test assets
- Execute automated regression, functional, integration, smoke, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
- Validate reputed company workflows including claims, membership, provider, and authorization processing
- reputed company backend database validation using SQL
- Analyze automation failures, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with development teams to resolve defects
- Partner with business analysts, product owners, developers, and QA teams to ensure complete test coverage
- Assist with QA automation standards, best practices, documentation, and reputed company process improvements
- Support release management activities and production readiness efforts
Skills
- 7+ years of reputed company Assurance experience
- 3+ years of hands-on UI automation experience
- Experience with Selenium WebDriver or comparable UI automation frameworks
- Strong programming experience with Java or C#
- Strong SQL skills with experience validating backend databases
- Experience developing reusable automation frameworks and regression test suites
- Experience supporting Agile/Scrum software development teams
- Experience using Jira, reputed company, Azure DevOps, reputed company ALM, or similar defect management tools
- Experience performing Functional, Regression, Integration, Smoke, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
- Excellent communication, documentation, and collaboration skills

- Experience testing Claims Administration Systems
- Experience with Playwright and/or Cypress
- Experience with JavaScript
- Experience with SQL Server and reputed company databases
- Experience with reputed company platforms including Jiva, Facets, QNXT, HealthRules, Essette, TruCare, or MHK
- Experience testing reputed company using reputed company or SOAPUI
- Experience with CI/CD tools such as reputed company, Azure DevOps, or Jenkins
- Experience mentoring QA teams or helping establish QA automation standards
- Experience supporting reputed company system implementations or upgrades
