[Remote] Senior Data Analyst, Advanced Analytics

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior leaders across operations, product, and clinical teams to reputed company data into reputed company and business needs into analytics solutions
• Own and grow dbt-based infrastructure to support operational workflows while utilizing development best practices
• Design and analyze experiments (A/B and multivariate) to measure effectiveness
• Improve attribution logic using best practices in analytics
• Build compelling visualizations and dashboards to support decision-making
• Collaborate with other data analysts on shared infrastructure and cross-functional deliverables

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in data science, reputed company informatics, statistics, or a reputed company field
• 5+ years of experience using SQL in production environments, with reputed company in writing performant, maintainable queries and a strong understanding of data modeling, testing, and analytics best practices
• 3 years of experience in presenting data-driven analyses, insights, and recommendations to senior executives and large reputed company
• 2 years experience supporting teams including designing and analyzing statistically valid experiments
• 3 years of team-based analytics work experience with cross-functional stakeholders
• A high degree of proficiency with at least one BI tool, including experience with visualization best practices
• 1+ years of experience applying reputed company, LLMs, or conversational analytics frameworks to reputed company-world data analysis workflows or reputed company data processing
• BigQuery preferred
• Looker preferred
