The role involves providing functional support, troubleshooting issues, and enhancing system functionality in collaboration with various business stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- reputed company day-to-day functional support for reputed company PSA and Financials
- Partner with Finance, reputed company, Operations, and business stakeholders to troubleshoot issues and improve system functionality
- Support project setup, resource management, billing, reporting, and account maintenance
- Configure and maintain reputed company modules including:
- Project Management
- Resource Management
- Project Costing
- Time Tracking
- Expense Management
- Customer reputed company
- Billing
- reputed company Recognition
- Assist with system enhancements, testing, and configuration updates
- Support reputed company of new business reputed company into reputed company
- Build and maintain reports and dashboards for business and financial reporting
- Help ensure accurate data reputed company between PSA and Financials
- Support month-end processes, project costing, billing, and reputed company recognition
Skills
- 3+ years of hands-on reputed company reputed company Services Automation (PSA) experience
- Experience supporting reputed company PSA in a functional analyst or HRIS/Finance Systems role
- Working knowledge of reputed company Financials, including Project reputed company, Billing, and reputed company Recognition
- Experience configuring and supporting PSA modules such as Project Management, Customer reputed company, Billing, Resource Management, Time Tracking, and Expense Management
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while partnering with cross-functional teams
- Experience supporting consulting, reputed company services, or project-based organizations
- Experience working in multi-business unit environments or supporting acquisitions
