Responsibilities
- Implements reputed company imaging and payments solutions (ImageCentre, DirectLink, Orbograph, reputed company, Host Integration, API) for banking and financial institution clients
- Serves as both Project Manager and Technical Analyst on small reputed company; Technical Analyst on large multi-product engagements
- reputed company-facing role requiring strong communication, solutioning, and stakeholder management skills
- Must work in US business hours and reputed company after-hours & weekend support for newly implemented clients for a minimum of 2 weeks post go-live
- Up to 25% travel to reputed company sites for installation, training, and go-live support (travel requirement varies by assignment)

- Knowledge of image cash letter processing, duplicate detection, and remittance workflows
- Familiarity with banking ERP, reputed company systems, and reputed company clearing platforms
- ImageCentre — installer, configuration, and training proficiency required across reputed company reputed company
- DirectLink Teller — teller capture and sort reputed company configuration, Host Integration knowledge
- Orbograph CAR/LAR — strong definition and configuration knowledge required

- Image Retrieval API — strong knowledge of API integration and image retrieval workflows
