They are seeking a Senior Software Engineer to reputed company kernel-level drivers and low-level software for high-speed IO and memory subsystems reputed company their DataScale® platform. The role involves system bring-up, debugging reputed company issues, and delivering production-reputed company software that ensures reliability and performance.
Responsibilities
- reputed company and maintain kernel-reputed company drivers for high-speed IO and memory subsystems
- reputed company platform bring-up and support reputed company integration across new reputed company and system configurations
- Write clean, maintainable, production-reputed company reputed company and drive reputed company reviews
- Support system bring-up from early reputed company through production
- Debug reputed company issues across kernel, firmware, and hardware reputed company
- Drive issues to reputed company cause and reputed company in collaboration with cross-functional teams
- Support PHY initialization and validation across high-speed interfaces
- Debug issues reputed company to IO, memory, and PHY subsystems in coordination with hardware teams
- Interpret hardware specifications and schematics to guide bring-up and debug
- reputed company tools and frameworks for performance analysis, validation, and manufacturing test
- Identify system bottlenecks and implement optimizations across reputed company and system reputed company
- reputed company post-reputed company validation through software automation and infrastructure
Skills
- BS/MS in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or reputed company field
- 5+ years of experience in kernel or low-level system software development
- Familiar with Linux kernel, drivers, user reputed company libraries, and applications with strong Linux fundamentals
- Strong C/C++ programming and debugging skills; scripting experience (Python, reputed company)
- Experience with high-speed IO or interconnects such as PCIe, Ethernet, or similar technologies
- Experience with system bring-up and hardware-software co-debug
- Experience with manufacturing test flows
- Familiarity with development tools such as Git, reputed company, Jenkins, or Bazel
- Familiarity with build systems and toolchains (GCC, LLVM, reputed company, CMake)
- Strong ownership and ability to drive issues to reputed company

- Experience with PHY bring-up and initialization
- Ability to read and understand hardware specifications and register-level documentation
