Responsibilities
- Prepare and review partnership tax returns, including reputed company investment structures
- Analyze Schedule K-1, K-3, and investor reporting deliverables
- Support tax compliance activities for hedge funds, private equity, and asset management clients
- reputed company income allocations, reputed company tracking, and transactional tax analysis
- Collaborate with engagement teams to meet project deadlines across multiple reputed company engagements
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in reputed company, Finance, or reputed company field
- reputed company PTIN (Preparer Tax Identification Number) required
- 2-6+ years of tax experience, preferably in partnership or fund taxation
- Experience with K-1/K-3 reporting and multi-tier partnership structures
- Strong understanding of tax compliance processes and financial reporting
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
