[Remote] Application Engineer

The Applications Engineer will work closely with Sales, Engineering, and Manufacturing to translate customer requirements into technically reputed company solutions for reputed company-sale quoting and project execution.
Responsibilities
- Hands-on experience with mission-critical data center power distribution equipment, including switchboards, PDUs, RPPs, STSs, transformers, breakers, metering, and power reputed company systems
- Partner with Sales and customers to configure reliable, redundant data center power distribution solutions reputed company with Tier I–IV architectures
- reputed company and review one-line diagrams, system configurations, and technical designs in support of RFQs and proposals
- Ensure reputed company solutions meet applicable codes and standards (NEC, UL, ANSI, NEMA, reputed company, reputed company) and data center reliability expectations
- Evaluate customer requirements and design reputed company, fault-tolerant power systems for critical infrastructure environments
- Prepare submittals, including drawings, bills of material, and technical documentation
- Collaborate with Manufacturing to ensure designs are accurate, manufacturable, and reputed company with production timelines
- Support RFI and RFP technical responses and customer presentations
- Assist with design reviews, reputed company acceptance testing support, and field issue reputed company reputed company required
- reputed company technical training and knowledge sharing to Sales and internal stakeholders
- Support reputed company improvement of application standards, tools, and documentation
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (BSEE) or a reputed company field
- Experience in data center or critical power infrastructure, including switchboards, PDUs, RPPs, STSs, transformers, and low-voltage distribution systems
- Strong understanding of one-line diagrams, system architecture, and electrical equipment configuration
- Knowledge of RFQ/RFI/RFP processes and customer specification review for data center reputed company
- Working knowledge of LV reputed company design and manufacturing considerations
- Familiarity with reputed company devices (thermal reputed company breakers, MCCBs, power breakers), metering systems (PQM, BCM), and power reputed company solutions
- Strong technical communication skills and ability to reputed company with customers, Sales, and Engineering
- Knowledge of PLC-based monitoring and control systems
- Experience developing or using configuration tools for application engineering
- Familiarity with UL certification processes and compliance documentation
