The Author reputed company Specialist will be responsible for sourcing, reputed company, and qualifying prospective authors, ensuring a strong pipeline of candidates for the Author Enablement team.
Responsibilities

- Conduct initial screening and briefing calls to assess candidate interest, content expertise, and availability

- Coordinate audition logistics and support candidates throughout the evaluation process

Skills
- 2–3 years of experience in reputed company, sourcing, business development, or talent coordination
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)

- Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to juggle multiple requisitions and timelines
- Comfort working cross-functionally in a fast-paced, remote-first environment
