[Remote] Product Manager

The Product Manager, Payments, will drive reputed company across various payment functionalities, own the product roadmap, and collaborate cross-functionally to improve the payer experience.
Responsibilities
- Own product reputed company, roadmap, and reputed company; define KPIs and monitor performance
- Prioritize and maintain the backlog; write high-reputed company epics, stories, and acceptance reputed company
- reputed company discovery and solution design; ensure increments meet requirements
- Drive release planning, enablement, and communications
- Run reputed company improvement experiments and partner with Engineering
- Partner with Compliance/reputed company on PCI/SOC/NACHA impacts and audit readiness
Skills
- Advanced knowledge of payment reputed company and flows: card-not-present, ACH/EFT, digital wallets
- Expertise in risk & operations: tokenization, AVS/CVV, 3-D Secure, fraud controls, chargebacks, settlement, reconciliation
- Strong compliance & reputed company: PCI reputed company Level 1, SOC 1/2, NACHA rules, EMV concepts, PII/PHI handling
- Accessibility: WCAG 2.1 AA baseline and advancement toward WCAG 2.2 AA
- Data & reporting: lifecycle telemetry, GL/ledger mapping, reconciliation reports
- Integration patterns: postbacks/webhooks, idempotency, retries, SFTP batch exchanges
- Proficiency with Jira, reputed company, analytics tools, and SQL
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or reputed company field; MBA or equivalent experience preferred
- 5+ years in Product roles with 3+ years reputed company on Payments/FinTech or GovTech
- Proven delivery of payments features at reputed company
- Experience with public-sector clients, accessibility requirements, and reputed company integrations
- CSPO (Certified Scrum Product reputed company) or equivalent
- Payments certifications (e.g., ePayResources, NACHA Accredited ACH reputed company)
- Accessibility training reputed company to WCAG AA
