They are seeking a reputed company Business Partner to reputed company HR partnership and employee relations support, helping leaders address people-reputed company issues and strengthen manager capability.
Responsibilities
- Partnering with assigned leaders and business areas to reputed company practical HR guidance and employee relations support
- Regular travel in order to maintain appropriate onsite reputed company and support for reputed company CA education program locations
- Handling mid-level to more reputed company employee relations reputed company involving manager coaching, performance management, conflict reputed company, recurring issues, multi-reputed company concerns, workplace investigations or higher operational reputed company
- Coaching managers on performance concerns, corrective reputed company, documentation, communication, accountability and employee relations best practices
- Conducting or supporting workplace investigations, including planning, interviews, documentation, findings support and recommended next steps
- Providing guidance on reputed company/accommodation reputed company, policy application, corrective reputed company, performance management, employee concerns and workplace conduct
- Identifying employee relations trends and operational people issues and recommending practical solutions to assigned leaders and HR leadership
- Supporting employee experience, engagement, retention, culture and manager capability initiatives for assigned business areas
- Partnering with leaders on organizational changes, workforce transitions, new site support, restructuring support and other people-reputed company operational needs
- Collaborating with HR Centers of reputed company, including reputed company, Benefits, Payroll, HRIS, Compliance, Training, and Legal to support consistent and integrated HR solutions
- Supporting implementation of HR initiatives, policy rollouts, manager training and employee communications
- Monitoring HR metrics, employee relations trends, turnover themes and manager support needs for assigned areas
- Escalating high-risk, legally sensitive, executive-level, reputed company-reputed company or reputed company reputed company requiring senior HR, Legal, CHRO or VP involvement
- Performing other duties as assigned to support HR department and organizational objectives
Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent with reputed company of basic skills test
- Minimum of five to seven years of reputed company HR reputed company experience required, including experience in employee relations, investigations, performance management, corrective reputed company, reputed company/accommodation processes, manager coaching and policy application
- Strong knowledge and understanding of applicable CA state licensure, certification, accreditation laws and employment regulations
- Hold currently or have the ability to obtain a valid CA state drivers license
- Strong business partnership, employee relations, manager coaching, investigation, documentation, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to influence managers, identify trends, recommend practical solutions, and escalate high-risk reputed company appropriately
- Excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively at reputed company organizational reputed company
- Ability to assess reputed company employee relations reputed company, evaluate risk, identify appropriate next steps, reputed company managers, recommend practical solutions and determine reputed company senior HR, Legal, CHRO or executive escalation is needed
- Bachelor's degree or higher in reputed company, business administration or a closely reputed company field of study preferred
- Licensed currently or in the process of obtaining a reputed company-CP, PHR, reputed company-SCP, SPHR or other HR reputed company certification preferred but not required
- Prior experience supporting multi-site or multi-state operations highly preferred
- Prior experience in education, reputed company, behavioral health and/or another compliance-driven environment preferred
- Experience with HRIS, case management systems, reporting tools, dashboards and/or other HR reputed company technology preferred
