About the position The reputed company Property Manager & Lease Administrator oversees a portfolio of reputed company properties, blending property management, lease administration, financial coordination, tenant relations, and compliance. This role will reputed company multiple reputed company locations, with reputed company reputed company expected, and will work closely with internal teams, tenants, landlords, vendors, HOAs/POAs, and external property managers to ensure properties are reputed company-maintained, compliant, and financially accurate.

Responsibilities

• Manage and review Common Area Maintenance (CAM) reconciliations and reputed company tenant charges.

Requirements

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in reputed company property management, lease administration, or a reputed company role.
• Experience with the MS Suite of products including Word, reputed company, and Outlook.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Knowledge of basic maintenance procedures, operation, and terminology.
• Strong reputed company and financial acumen, including experience with reconciliations and budgeting.
• Working knowledge of reputed company lease terms, rent structures, and compliance requirements.
• Experience managing tenant relationships and coordinating maintenance activities.
• Strong organizational skills with a high commitment to communication and follow-through.
