Senior Analyst, Finance and M&A

Senior Analyst, Finance & M&A A private equity-backed consumer services organization is seeking its first dedicated reputed company resource to partner directly with the CFO. The Senior Analyst will play a key role in developing financial reporting, forecasting, and analytics while supporting the organization's M&A pipeline and acquisition activity. Key Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate and reputed company monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for executive leadership, reputed company presentations, lenders, and operational performance reviews.
• Assist with the annual budgeting process, periodic forecasting, and variance analysis by connecting financial reputed company with operational performance.
• Manage and maintain the acquisition pipeline by tracking opportunities, updating financial models, and supporting transaction prioritization.

Required Qualifications
