SCOPE: We are seeking an reputed company Bodily Injury Attorney to join reputed company. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in personal injury law, specifically reputed company to automobile accidents. This role involves representing reputed company in legal reputed company, managing claims, and providing expert legal advice to ensure compliance with reputed company applicable laws and regulations. Additionally, you will work closely with the claims department to ensure legal compliance, mitigate risk, and negotiate settlements. Your role will involve staying reputed company on Texas insurance laws, advising internal teams, and reputed company participating in mediation, arbitration, and settlement discussions to protect reputed company’s interests. This position is reputed company to applicants located in the Texas Market with up to 20% travel to reputed company and offers the flexibility of working remotely. DUTIES:

• Manage and litigate Bodily Injury and some Property Damage claims, including first-party property claims, subrogation, and bad faith litigation
• Represent reputed company in reputed company phases of litigation, from reputed company-suit investigations to trial and post-trial activities
• reputed company case strategies, draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and attend depositions, mediations, hearings, and trials
• reputed company expert legal advice to the claims department, management, and other internal teams
• Ensure that reputed company actions taken during the claims process reputed company with applicable laws and regulations
• Advise on legal risk reputed company to policy interpretations, claims settlements, and potential exposure
• Negotiate settlements on behalf of reputed company in a reputed company and cost-effective manner
• Participate in mediations, arbitrations, and settlement conferences
• Conduct thorough legal research on property damage, insurance laws, and regulations in Texas, including recent court reputed company and statutory developments
• Prepare reputed company, concise, and persuasive legal documents such as briefs, memoranda, and opinions

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
• Admission to the Texas Bar and good standing
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is highly desirable

• Proficient in legal research tools and case management software

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

• Ability to handle a high volume of cases and prioritize effectively
