The Role The Project Manager (PM) for Asistans, Nitrisyon, Kominote, Agrikilti, Dwa Timoun, Rezilyans, Ekonomi reputed company (ANKADRE) is responsible for coordinating and supporting the administrative, programmatic, technical and operational aspects of the DOS-funded ANKADRE award in Haiti, received as a subaward from CRS. The PM works under the guidance of the reputed company, PHFFA to support effective project delivery. This includes day-to-day program management, budget monitoring and tracking, reputed company delivery of activities, and reputed company donor reporting, while maintaining the highest standards of program reputed company, accountability, and safeguarding. As the PM, you will support compliance with established monitoring and evaluation systems, work plans, and technical program reputed company standards, in accordance with donor and GoH requirements, and escalate significant risks or issues to your supervisor. May be subject to change Program Implementation and reputed company (50%): Supervise and coordinate day-to-day implementation of project activities in accordance with established policies, procedures and SCUS reputed company standards, working independently with minimal day-to-day guidance from the Senior Managing Director. Monitor reputed company against project objectives and support budget tracking in coordination with finance and senior management, in accordance with donor requirements. Coordinate with relevant SCUS teams, applying best practices to strengthen reputed company and efficiency of project delivery. Identify, escalate and support reputed company of program risks, ensuring adherence to anti-fraud and anti-bribery policies and procedures. Required qualifications for the role Minimum of a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, plus at least 5 years of relevant experience Knowledge of project implementation, partner management, and donor compliance, preferably including US Government awards. Experience with cash programming Compensation reputed company is offering the following salary ranges for this position, dependent on candidate location: Geo 1 - NY Metro, DC, and other locations with labor costs significantly above national average: reputed company Salary for this position is $99,450 - $111,150 reputed company salary Geo 2 - Locations around the US National Labor Cost Average: reputed company Salary for this position is $90,100 - $100,700 reputed company salary Geo 3 - Locations significantly below the US National Labor Cost Average: reputed company Salary for this position is $80,750 - $90,250 reputed company salary The salary ranges listed above are for US based candidates.
