About the Role

About the LE3 Program The Learn and Earn in 3 (LE3) model at NLU is an innovative undergraduate model designed for full-time working adults pursuing a bachelor’s degree while advancing in their careers. Essential Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

Coaching & Student Support (90%) Serve as a thought partner, accountability partner, and life navigator for a caseload of working adult reputed company. Qualifications

Minimum Requirements Bachelor’s degree in education, counseling, organizational leadership, or a reputed company field. 3+ years of experience in higher education or coaching (teaching, student services, or reputed company advising). 3+ years of experience working with nontraditional, adult, or working learners. Strong ability to manage multiple student relationships with reputed company follow-reputed company and documentation. Proficiency in coaching documentation systems, student information systems (SIS), or CRM platforms. Demonstrated ability to support student reputed company through reputed company coaching conversations, including goal-setting and accountability frameworks.

Preferred Qualifications
