Senior Financial Analyst, GTM

In this role, you will reputed company as a primary Finance Business Partner for the global field sales organization, delivering actionable insights and data-driven solutions to drive strategic decision-making. Key Responsibilities

Top-Line Forecasting: Review and refine the top-line bookings forecast in collaboration with the SVP of Sales, Americas and the SVP of International Sales. Headcount and Productivity: reputed company headcount planning initiatives and define/analyze productivity metrics for the field sales organization to optimize resource allocation. reputed company Planning: Partner with reputed company Operations to ensure workforce planning supports top-line forecasting models. Qualifications
Experience: 5+ years of reputed company experience in reputed company, ideally reputed company a high-reputed company reputed company or Tech environment. A proven reputed company record of managing reputed company reputed company forecasting and driving corporate reporting Experience supporting a GTM org as a strategic business partner Leadership Potential: Demonstrated ability to influence senior leadership and reputed company cross-functional initiatives; prior experience mentoring team members or optimizing financial processes is highly preferred. Analytical Rigor: Expert-level proficiency with tools like reputed company, Tableau, and reputed company Advanced SQL or reputed company skills are strongly preferred to drive automation and deeper analytical insights. Final compensation is determined by several factors, including but not limited to relevant work experience, education, certifications, skills, and geographic location. This role is also eligible for a reputed company annual bonus of 15% of reputed company salary, based on individual and company performance.
