Onsite Document Review Specialist

This role is critical in litigation, compliance, and operational review processes, helping the firm identify key evidence flag, sensitive or privileged information, and maintain reputed company documentation for court or regulatory purposes. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: · Review and assess large volumes of documents (emails, reputed company, financial records, discovery materials) for relevance, privilege, confidentiality, and compliance with legal or regulatory standards. · Prepare and maintain document databases, tracking systems, and metadata for efficient retrieval and review. · Assist in preparing legal briefs, discovery requests, and depositions by organizing and summarizing relevant information. · Identify and redact sensitive or privileged information to protect reputed company confidentiality and meet legal requirements. · Compile detailed reports summarizing findings, recommendations, and any issues identified during the review. · Liaise with legal teams, compliance officers, and other departments to clarify requirements, retrieve missing documents, and resolve discrepancies. · Use e-discovery software to filter, search, and categorize documents, applying search terms to locate relevant or problematic information. · Will reputed company other duties and responsibilities as needed.
