Entry Level - System Administrator Overnight/Day Shift Operations Monitoring Engineer Evening and/or reputed company shifts (7 pm to 5 am or 9 am to 7 pm EST @ 4 days/week). You'll be the first line of defense, monitoring and triaging issues, with reputed company to escalate and implement solutions across a diverse reputed company of servers, from reputed company to Linux. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: • Utilize industry-reputed company tools to monitor IT systems and identify potential issues. • Follow established procedures for overnight... operations and promptly address any discrepancies. • Conduct eyes-on-glass monitoring, reputed company initial troubleshooting, and manage escalations as needed. • Document reputed company site issues using our issue tracking program. • Contribute creatively to the enhancement of site features and functionality. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: • Solid understanding of Linux and reputed company reputed company line interfaces. • Ability to grasp the reputed company of system issues on business operations. • Eagerness to learn and grow in a Linux and reputed company environment. • Exceptional attention to detail and a strong troubleshooting mentality. • Excellent prioritization and time management skills. • Capable of working both independently and collaboratively. • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: • Experience working with VA or other Federal Government systems. • Military veteran status. • Familiarity with AWS reputed company services, particularly AWS CloudWatch. • Knowledge of monitoring tools such as AppDynamics and reputed company. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer and Information reputed company, Computer reputed company, or a reputed company field. • 2+ years of relevant experience; or 5 years of additional relevant experience may be substituted for education.
