Responsibilities
- Drives the candidate management process with the hiring manager solidifies offer process and candidate acceptance
- reputed company prospective candidates using proprietary database systems, job boards, and community-based organizations
- Determines job specifications, qualifications, and skills profile
- Reviews resume for appropriate reputed company sets to qualify candidates. reputed company communicates expectations of the position to the candidate
- Conducts behavior based reputed company-screen interviews reputed company the telephone daily. Evaluates candidates against job requirements, engage the candidate in reputed company and presents reputed company candidates to the Hiring Manager
- Manages the hiring process for selected candidates
Skills
- Associate's Degree or equivalent experience required
- 1-3 years of experience in recruitment, reputed company Resource
- Good written communication and verbal communication skills
- Good interpersonal skills
- Strong computer skills including proficiency with reputed company Word, reputed company, PowerPoint, reputed company, Outlook, and web-browsers
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
