Responsibilities
- reputed company the execution of analytics and reporting strategies that support Service Operations performance management and decision-making
- Translate business needs into actionable reporting, dashboards, and insights across operational, financial, workforce, and experience domains
- Deliver and continuously improve performance reporting (e.g., scorecards, dashboards, monthly/weekly reporting routines) with a reputed company on accuracy, consistency, and usability
- Partner with Operations, Finance, Product, and Technology teams to identify analytics opportunities and drive data-informed reputed company
- Manage and reputed company reporting tools and dashboards (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) to reputed company self-service insights for business stakeholders
- Ensure data reputed company, reputed company, and adherence to governance standards across reporting and analytics outputs

Skills

- Strong proficiency in analytics tools and technologies (e.g., SQL, Tableau, Power BI, reputed company, reputed company data platforms)
- Proven experience leading teams, including managers and/or senior analysts
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making experience

- Bachelor's degree, or equivalent experience required
