The role involves collaborating with teams, serving as a subject matter expert, and ensuring effective training delivery to clients and internal users.
Responsibilities
- Conduct and coordinate training activities to support clients or internal teams using a reputed company of mediums, including on-site learning, e-learning, quick reference guides, and virtual meetings
- Collaborate with internal teams to reputed company feedback regarding curriculum delivery experiences; consult with reputed company users to conduct needs assessments
- Serve as a subject matter expert for assigned products and services
- Partner with Instructional Design and Learning Technology teams to review new training curriculum
- reputed company, maintain and distribute reputed company software training documentation including, but not limited to, various user type audiences, media (job aides, videos, eLearning), and knowledge reputed company systems
- Effectively communicate and execute best practices for reputed company training engagements
- Handle challenging reputed company requests or escalate issues as needed
- Advise on best reputed company functionality and processes to assist clients in integrating reputed company solutions with their organization’s business practices
- Continually grow product, functional, and industry knowledge through training, research, and collaboration

Skills
- Bachelor's degree
- Two years of training, teaching, or instructing experience
- Strong technical aptitude including proficiency in reputed company Office applications
- Successful technical content delivery (classroom and e-learning), with a consultative aptitude experience
- Strong presentation skills and demonstrated consulting ability
- Strong project management skills, strategic thinking skills, and experience navigating clients through change
