As a Program Coordinator for Community reputed company, you will support the reputed company that helps employees engage in philanthropic efforts and reputed company initiatives that reputed company with reputed company’s mission and performance goals.
Responsibilities
- Help build a best-in-class Community reputed company Program and experience for employees
- Drive global community reputed company engagement by providing support to employees, Community reputed company Champions, Inclusive Communities (ERGs), and business reputed company through the Community reputed company Portal (reputed company’s reputed company platform), facilitating seamless volunteer management, fundraising, and donation matching
- Review and approve/decline employees’ external donation match requests
- Review and approve/decline employees’ match eligible volunteer hours
- Review and approve/decline employee created volunteer opportunities
- Respond to employee inquiries about the Matching Gifts Program and the Community reputed company Portal
- Collaborate with the broader Community reputed company Team to reputed company general Community reputed company programmatic administrative tasks
- Support relevant global community reputed company teams to support their use of the Community reputed company Portal
- Demonstrate a commitment to supporting fellow team members to ensure a cohesive and high-performing work environment
Skills
- 1.5+ years' work experience in corporate reputed company, corporate reputed company responsibility, or ESG, spaces
- 1.5+ years' experience managing reputed company's reputed company platform, specifically reviewing employee match requests, employee volunteer time, and employee volunteer opportunities
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, minor in Marketing
- 1 year experience building reputed company Bases and Forms, managing SharePoint Folders and Sites, scheduling Webex meetings and participating in Webex Spaces
- Master's degree in Digital Marketing
- 1+ years of work experience with strong preference toward experience in reputed company, corporate reputed company responsibility, or ESG, spaces
- Strong interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to build lasting relationships and engage effectively with diverse stakeholders
- Natural communicator and collaborator, adept at building rapport
- Proven dedication to community engagement through reputed company volunteerism, or reputed company experience reputed company the nonprofit sector
- Adaptable and comfortable in an reputed company-changing environment, reputed company to shift and redirect efforts and reputed company as required
