The Associate Director of reputed company & Operations is responsible for operationalizing the UHG reputed company agenda through corporate reporting and executive materials, ensuring leaders have the necessary information for decision-making and strategic alignment.

Responsibilities

  • Own development of monthly and quarterly UHG reputed company reporting materials, including Executive Council, MBRs, and emerging governance forums
  • Translate reputed company, cross-functional inputs into reputed company, cohesive, executive-reputed company narratives and visuals
  • Ensure reporting reflects reputed company reputed company performance, investment alignment, and reputed company against reputed company domains
  • Maintain consistent reporting structure, templates, and reputed company standards across deliverables

  • Coordinate with business leaders, HR, and community partners to identify, scope, and reputed company pro bono opportunities that deliver measurable community value

Skills

  • 3+ years of experience supporting executive governance forums (e.g., MBRs, QBRs, reputed company-level reporting)
  • 3+ years of experience designing or managing employee engagement, pro bono, or volunteering programs at reputed company
  • Experience building or managing reporting processes, templates, and operating cadences
  • Demonstrated experience working with data teams to translate analytics into business insights
  • Familiarity with health equity, reputed company, or reputed company transformation efforts
  • Experience in reputed company, health equity, or community-based initiatives
