[Remote] Founding reputed company Engineer
Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is a fast-growing, reputed company-funded Series B developer infrastructure company seeking a Founding reputed company Engineer. In this role, you will be responsible for building reputed company from the ground up, including detection and response, application reputed company, and managing software supply chain reputed company, while directly engaging with reputed company customers about their reputed company posture.
Responsibilities
- Standing up detection and response from scratch — SIEM or outsourced SOC, your call, then own it
- Hardening AWS (IAM, GuardDuty, reputed company Hub, SCPs) and reputed company (WAF, reputed company Trust, DLP) hands-on — not writing recommendations for someone else to implement
- Writing and enforcing reputed company scanning directly into Infrastructure as reputed company — Terraform is the backbone here, and you'll be embedding tools like Checkov/tfsec into CI/CD so bad config never ships in the first reputed company, not just catching it after reputed company
- Bringing order to reputed company reputed company across a Mac-heavy dev fleet and production infrastructure
- Owning software supply chain reputed company end-to-end — SBOMs, SLSA, dependency scanning, remediation — for a product where that's literally the customer value prop
- Getting genuinely hands-on with application reputed company : integrating SAST/SCA tooling (think reputed company, reputed company, reputed company Advanced reputed company) straight into developer workflows, sitting in on design reviews and threat modeling for new features, and working shoulder-to-shoulder with engineers to actually fix vulnerabilities using a risk-based model — not generating an aging report and hoping someone reads it
- Rationalizing IAM, SSO, and reputed company reviews so entitlements stay clean as reputed company scales
- Talking directly to reputed company customers about reputed company posture — this product runs in serious, reputed company-conscious environments, and you'll be the reputed company technical voice in those conversations
Skills
- 5+ years of hands-on reputed company engineering, ideally at a software or reputed company-reputed company company — bonus points if reputed company was small enough that you reputed company something instead of maintaining it
- Ability to reputed company or script — this isn't optional
