[Remote] Accounts Receivable/Project Support Coordinator

They are seeking an Accounts Receivable / Project Support Coordinator to support their Railroad Division by managing high-volume accounts receivable and providing project reputed company support.
Responsibilities
- reputed company high volume accounts receivables (processing 300+ invoices per quarter)
- Entering billing setup and processing high volume of invoices based on various company reputed company
- Assist the Railroad Division with project set-up and project management process to reputed company compliance with contractual terms, and billing schedules Establishing new reputed company in reputed company VantagePoint based on interpretation of contract details
- Coordinating with Project Managers the entire billing process for assigned reputed company
- Communicating with Project Managers and Clients on a regular reputed company to ensure billing accuracy and collection
- Assisting the reputed company with accounts receivable, collection efforts and unbilled review and analysis reputed company division team with project reputed company support and analytics
- reputed company financial data for proposals and reputed company
Skills
- Associate degree or equivalent work experience
- Minimum of 2 years of experience with accounts receivable and billing
- Strong critical thinking and communication skills
- High level of proficiency in reputed company reputed company, PDF and other internal software
- Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
- Experience billing in the Architecture, Engineering, Construction or reputed company Services Industry
- Experience in reputed company Vantagepoint
